Only Monday - Friday, and only between the hours of 8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., these fees are in effect for using the meeting rooms at Top of the Bay. For meetings scheduled to continue beyond 4:30 p.m., the fees are $75 per hour.
Room reservations for lunch: If you would like to reserve a room for a luncheon or lunch meeting, there is a nominal fee of $25. This fee covers the cost to reserve the room for you and set up with linens on the tables.
There are no exceptions to this policy. These prices include the setup of the rooms, linens on tables, and ice water. No other refreshments are included. If you desire additional refreshments, please contact our offices and we will be happy to assist you. If you should have any questions, please feel free to call our offices at 410-278-3062/2552.

Directions to Top of the Bay
From 95 North and South
Follow 95 to exit 80 (Rte. 543)
Go Through three (3) lights
Make a right onto the Rte.40 East off ramp
Follow Rte. 40 through four (4) lights
Take MD 715 east exit to Aberdeen Proving Ground
From the Gate
Follow Maryland Boulevard through three (3) lights
At the fourth (4th) light bear right onto Aberdeen Boulevard
Follow Aberdeen Boulevard through three (3) lights
Just past the third (3rd) light remain in left lane
Road will fork. Bear left and follow into traffic circle.
Continue half way around traffic circle onto
Plumb Point Loop and continue up to Top of the Bay
