FCC certified homes are located in APG housing and off post in Harford County (Aberdeen, Edgewood, Havre de Grace, Bel Air, Abingdon) and Cecil County. The FCC program offers flexible care options: full-time, extended hours, part-time, hourly, PT care, and main-streamed special needs care. Subsidy is also available for income eligible patrons. FCC homes offer: Small group care (1-6 ratio) Special attention to your child Bilingual capabilities Providers trained in 13 competency based areas Providers trained in CPR/first aid The FCC offices are located in the Aberdeen area on Rodman Road, Bldg 2752.
