CENTRAL REGISTRATION AND OUTREACH SERVICES
Outreach services (OS) is a one-stop
registration office for all CYS programs.
Programs include Sports, Family Child Care
(FCC), Child Development Centers (CDC),
School Age Services (SAS), Middle School (MS)
and Youth Services (YS) in both Aberdeen Area
(AA) and Edgewood Area (EA).
Credit Card Auto-Debit
Current patrons who pay child and/or youth activity fees monthly or semi-monthly: please consider signing up for the NEW credit card auto-debit process. No need to wait in line to pay manually at the front counter! Fill out a request form at any Child Development Center or Youth Center front desk.

Outreach Services is located in Building
2752, Rooms 110 and 113. Office hours are
0700-1700, Monday through Friday. Parents who
wish to register for a CYS program must call
410-278-7571/7479 for an appointment. Parents
will be notified of program policies,
including admission criteria, health
requirements, developmental activities and
parent responsibilities. For program
orientation, contact your Program Director
(or Assistant) for an appointment.
Childcare For Children Of Kirk Clients
Kirk U.S. Army Health Clinic (KUSACH) has issued a policy regarding children in clinic.
"Children without appointments may not accompany a parent, guardian or sibling into examination or treatment rooms. Children under the age of 11 years require adult supervision anywhere within the medical facility. If the patient’s appointment is not urgent, patients with non-patient children and no adequate supervision must reschedule their appointment."
Parents with young children should consider completing the registration process upon arrival at APG in anticipation of future medical needs. Parents needing childcare may register their children for hourly care with on-base Family Child Care Providers or with the Aberdeen Area Child Development Center (AACDC).
To register you must pick up a registration packet at either the AACDC, Building 2485, or Central Registration, Building 2752. The packet must be complete with sponsor information, an up to date shot record, and emergency designees (other than the sponsor or spouse). Registration and Center/Provider orientation must be completed prior to making hourly reservations.
The annual registration fee is $18 per child with a maximum of $40 per family. Hourly care for Kirk appointments is $2.25 per hour per child with a KUSAHC Validation Voucher. Vouchers may be picked up at the Kirk Clinic, or Aberdeen or Edgewood Child Development Centers, prior to your appointment. Patrons who fail to provide a validated voucher will be required to pay the full hourly rate of $3.50 per hour per child.
